On October 23, 2024, Adil offered to design a website.

I was quite surprised when he said he could do it with only a 5-word description. Typically, designing a system requires a more detailed explanation.

However, I gave him the 5 words that represented our hospital’s current program: ‘project management with a kaizen concept.’

After 21 days, Adil delivered a design that was well-organized and easy to understand. I would rate his work a 9 out of 10.

From May to August 2022, Adil worked with me on implementing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for our internal software.

He implemented Keycloak as a single sign-on (SSO) solution to integrate our employee attendance system and version control software. Adil successfully integrated both systems via SSO.

Although his work has not been deployed yet due to pending readiness testing, I am personally very satisfied with his performance.

We worked together in Distributed System MOOC held by Universitas Indonesia. He has a genuine motivation, passion, and incredible skill in preparing the materials for the course, eventhough this is his first time in dealing with the topics.

He produced several lab assignments and tons of multiple choice question ranging from the simple lower order thinking skill’ type of question (LOTS) to the higher order one (HOTS) that I considered as very well-prepared and well-thought assessment.

I have been supervising him since his bachelor research project. I know that Adil has an interest in pursuing the research life, observing the problems, answering the research question, and trying his best to come up with practical solution that will be beneficial for anyone. His work on designing the infrastructure for streaming the logs for Moodle LMS’ quiz was one of the fine example.
